As the CEO, you will lead the evolution of ESP from a training provider to a strategic talent partner for Africa’s
leading
enterprises. You will be responsible for scaling our pedagogical excellence and digital delivery across the African
continent, ensuring that the next generation of African leadership is world-class.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision & Scaling
- Architect the “ESP 2030” strategy, focusing on expanding our physical and digital footprint across West, East,
and Southern Africa. - Pivot the business model toward a hybrid approach, balancing high-touch executive workshops with scalable,
AI-driven Learning Management Systems (LMS). - Anticipate future-of-work trends to ensure our curriculum remains ahead of market demands.
- Program Excellence & Thought Leadership
- Oversee the development of proprietary frameworks for HR Management and Service Delivery tailored to the
African context. - Act as the primary “Face of the Brand,” speaking at major regional summits (e.g., Africa HR Forum, Africa CEO
Forum). - Ensure all certifications meet international accreditation standards while remaining locally relevant.
- Strategic Partnerships & Revenue Growth
- Secure B2B contracts with Tier-1 banks, telcos, and government agencies for large-scale workforce upskilling.
- Form alliances with global universities and professional bodies (SHRM, CIPD, etc.) to enhance certification
prestige. - Drive aggressive revenue growth through
diversified streams: subscriptions, bespoke corporate retreats, and public workshops.
- People & Culture Leadership
- Lead by example, cultivating a high-performance culture within ESP that reflects the excellence we teach.
- Recruit and mentor a diverse faculty of industry experts and world-class facilitators.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 15+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or Senior Executive role
within the Education, EdTech, or Management Consulting sectors. - Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the African labor market, regional employment laws, and the specific
challenges of the African HR landscape. - Skill Set: Master communicator with a track record of high-stakes B2B sales and
organizational design. - Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or Organizational
Psychology
