As the CEO for our primary growth corridors—Africa, the Caribbean, and the Middle East (ACME)—you will lead
the strategic scaling of a cross-border ecosystem. We are looking for a visionary leader who understands the
nuances of emerging market liquidity, digital marketplace dynamics, and the complexities of international trade
regulations

Core Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership & Market Expansion
  • Define and execute the multi-year growth strategy for the ACME regions.
  • Identify high-growth verticals (e.g., renewable energy equipment in Africa, luxury hospitality franchises in the
    Caribbean, or industrial tech in the Middle East).
  • Navigate diverse regulatory landscapes to ensure seamless cross-border asset transfers.
  1. Ecosystem & Partnership Development
  • Build high-level relationships with government trade bodies, chambers of commerce, and institutional investors.
  • Onboard premium “Anchor Sellers” and large-scale industrial liquidators.
  • Strengthen the platform’s credibility by establishing a vetted network of legal and financial intermediaries.
  1. Operational Excellence & Platform Integrity
  • Oversee the localization of the platform experience (multi-currency, local payment gateways, and regional
    compliance).
  • Lead a high-performing, remote-first regional team across three continents.
  • Ensure rigorous due diligence and KYC (Know Your Customer) standards for all high-value transactions.
  1. Financial Performance
  • Manage the regional P&L, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and cost-efficient scaling.
  • Drive fundraising efforts or strategic divestments if required by the board.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 12+ years of leadership experience, preferably in FinTech, Private Equity, M&A, or high-end Ecommerce.
    *Regional Expertise: Proven track record of operating in at least two of the three target regions (Africa, Caribbean,
    Middle East).
  • Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of asset valuation, franchising models, and industrial supply chains.
  • Cultural Intelligence: Ability to negotiate across different business cultures, from family-offices in Dubai to
    corporate boards in Johannesburg and Kingston.
  • Education: MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Finance, Law, or International Business.
