Executive Summary
As the Project Manager for ACR Global and CEO Drawing Board, you will be the engine room of our dualorganization mission. While the Business Development team opens doors, you ensure the house is built to
international standards.
This role requires a rare blend of technical project management, financial oversight, and market-savviness. You
will manage the end-to-end execution of franchise
development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and result in successful market entries
across Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Lifecycle & Delivery
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of franchise expansion projects, from initial feasibility studies to “Grand
    Opening” and post-launch support.
  • Utilize project management software to track milestones, manage resources, and provide real-time updates to
    stakeholders.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the high-quality benchmarks set by ACR Global and the leadership standards of
    CEO Drawing Board.
  1. Financial Management & Profitability
  • Manage project budgets ranging from $[Amount] to $[Amount], ensuring zero overruns and optimal resource
    allocation.
  • Monitor project ROI and contribute to the
    achievement of organizational financial targets through efficient delivery.
  • Oversee billing milestones and ensure timely invoicing for consultancy and capacity-building services.
  1. Market Acquisition Support
  • Collaborate with the BD team to provide technical project scopes for new market bids.
  • Conduct site visits and market-readiness assessments to ensure expansion targets are viable and sustainable.
  • Identify and onboard local vendors and service providers in new African territories to facilitate rapid market
    entry.
  1. Capacity Building & Training Coordination
  • Schedule and oversee the delivery of training modules for new franchisees and executive teams.
  • Ensure the “CEO Drawing Board” leadership curriculum is effectively integrated into the franchise rollout phase.

Candidate Profile
| Feature | Requirement |
| Experience | 5+ years in Project Management, ideally within Franchising, FMCG, or International Development. |
| Certification | PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification is highly preferred. |
| Tech Stack | Proficiency in MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira, and advanced Excel skills. |
| Language | Fluency in English (Mandatory); French or Portuguese is a significant advantage for African
operations. |
| Attributes | High emotional intelligence, meticulous attention to detail, and a “problem-solver” mindset. |

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Delivery Timeline: 95% of project milestones met within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  • Budget Adherence: Maintaining project costs within +/- 5% of the initial budget.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Achieving a minimum Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 8.5 from clients and franchisees.
  • Resource Utilization: Optimizing internal and external consultant hours to maximize project profitability.
