Executive Summary
We are seeking a high-caliber, results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our
sister organizations, ACR Global and CEO Drawing Board. This is a unique dual role focused on the intersection
of franchise consulting and executive leadership development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, securing high-value
partnerships, and driving revenue through franchise-led expansion strategies across the African continent. This
role is built for a strategic thinker who can execute with precision and thrives on hitting ambitious financial and
market acquisition targets.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Acquisition & Revenue Growth
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities for franchise development and capacity-building
    services.
  • Develop and implement a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual financial targets.
  • Negotiate and finalize complex service agreements and partnership contracts with international franchisors and
    local investors.
  1. Franchise Strategy & Expansion
  • Consult with clients to design scalable
    franchise models tailored for the African market.
  • Facilitate the entry of international brands into African territories through market research and feasibility studies.
  • Liaise with the “CEO Drawing Board” to integrate leadership coaching into franchise capacity-building programs.
  1. Stakeholder Management & Networking
  • Represent ACR Global and CEO Drawing Board at international trade missions, franchise expos, and executive
    summits.
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with government bodies, investment agencies, and private sector
    leaders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of promised services to new clients.
  1. Capacity Building
  • Oversee the deployment of training
    programs designed to enhance the operational excellence of franchise networks.
  • Provide strategic advisory to existing franchisees to ensure long-term sustainability and brand integrity.

Candidate Profile
