Job Summary

The Business Administrator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily administrative, operational, and organizational activities within the company. The role ensures smooth office operations, effective documentation, financial and resource management, and supports management in planning, reporting, and business decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Management

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain records, files, databases, and documentation
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal communications
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and logistics
  • Oversee office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships

Financial & Operational Support

  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting
  • Support invoicing, petty cash, and account reconciliation
  • Monitor operational workflows and performance metrics
  • Ensure cost-effective resource utilization

Human Resources & Staff Support

  • Assist with recruitment documentation and onboarding
  • Maintain staff attendance and HR records
  • Support performance evaluation and training coordination
  • Promote a productive and professional work environment

Process & Compliance Management

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures
  • Support audit preparation and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security standards

Customer & Stakeholder Relations

  • Handle client inquiries and communication professionally
  • Support customer service and relationship management
  • Liaise with partners, vendors, and external stakeholders

Qualifications & Requirements

  • OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field
  • Proven experience in administration or office management
  • Strong understanding of business operations and documentation processes
