Key Responsibilities
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of client orders.
• Monitor client account performance, prepare reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in developing account strategies that align with business objectives and client needs.
• Resolve client issues promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in key account management, sales, or client relations (healthcare or pharmaceutical sector preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
