Castville Solutions, on behalf of our reputable clients, is recruiting a Recruitment Officer to manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding successful hires. This role is vital in helping organizations attract and retain top talent while ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — from job posting, sourcing, and screening to interviews and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads or clients to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Review CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction.
  • Stay updated on labor laws, hiring trends, and best recruitment practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR functions.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., ATS or CRM tools).
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet tight deadlines.
