Castville Solutions, on behalf of our esteemed clients in the healthcare sector, is recruiting a Pharmacy Sales Associate to assist customers, promote pharmaceutical products, and support smooth daily operations at the pharmacy. This role requires excellent customer service skills, product knowledge, and a passion for helping people.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting prescription and over-the-counter medications.
• Provide product information, dosage instructions, and basic guidance under the supervision of a pharmacist.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor and display shelves.
• Accurately process sales transactions and issue receipts.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert the pharmacist or manager when restocking is needed.
• Support daily pharmacy operations, including labeling and packaging of medications (where permitted).
• Adhere to all pharmacy regulations, health and safety guidelines.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalate medical-related questions to the pharmacist.
• Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat patronage.

Qualifications:

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (a background in Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or related field is an added advantage).
• 1–3 years’ experience in a pharmacy or retail sales environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and POS systems.
