Castville Solutions, on behalf of our reputable clients, is recruiting a Sales Personnel to drive product sales, build strong customer relationships, and support business growth. This role requires a results-driven and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Actively promote and sell company products or services to new and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Provide product information, answer customer inquiries, and offer suitable recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure proper product display and presentation.
  • Record sales transactions accurately and maintain proper documentation.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and suggest strategies to increase revenue.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities when required.
  • Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services.

Qualifications:

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales reporting tools.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for sales.
