Castville Solutions, on behalf of our reputable clients, is recruiting a Sales Personnel to drive product sales, build strong customer relationships, and support business growth. This role requires a results-driven and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Actively promote and sell company products or services to new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Provide product information, answer customer inquiries, and offer suitable recommendations.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper product display and presentation.
- Record sales transactions accurately and maintain proper documentation.
- Identify new sales opportunities and suggest strategies to increase revenue.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities when required.
- Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services.
Qualifications:
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales reporting tools.
- A positive attitude and a passion for sales.
