Castville Solutions, on behalf of our reputable clients, is recruiting a Field Auditor to conduct on-site audits, review operational and financial processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This role plays a key part in promoting transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct routine and special audits at field locations to ensure compliance with internal controls and standard procedures.
• Review financial records, transactions, and inventory reports to detect errors, fraud, or irregularities.
• Assess operational processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and accountability.
• Verify cash balances, receipts, disbursements, and other financial records.
• Prepare clear and detailed audit reports, highlighting findings and actionable recommendations.
• Follow up on audit findings to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies and strengthen internal controls.
• Ensure all audit activities are carried out with integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Field Auditor or in a similar audit role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and integrity.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage.
